Each month you will see exactly what you would have spent with all business options from BT. You'll only ever pay the lowest price - because if first:telecom is not cheaper, we refund the difference instantly.
Step 1 - First:telecom compares your calls:
All your calls are compared to BT business options; 250, 500 and 700 this also includes any capped options. This is done automatically so you don't have to do anything.
Step 2 - Then finds you the lowest call plan:
First:telecom will select the lowest call plan for you, even if it was from BT.
Step 3 - So you only pay the lowest price:
If first:telecom is not cheaper than the lowest call plan we will instantly refund the difference. We work this out for you, so you don't need to do anything.
Note:* The business price match guarantee is only available to business' who agree to have their monthly bill sent electronically via e-bill. Paper bill customers still receive our incredibly low rates, however your calls will not be protected by the price match guarantee.
