Is first:telecom genuinely better value?

Yes - we show each customer how much they would have been charged by BT, Homecall and TalkTalk (including all available options). If first:telecom is not the cheapest, we refund the difference between our price and the lowest competitor price. Customers don't even have to choose a particular call option - we automatically select the cheapest deal.

Will I be employed by first:telecom?

No - first:telecom marketing partners are independent. This means that you can work for yourself, or run and manage your own successful business with no initial investment.

Do you provide training and support?

All registration materials and information are available from our secure website.

The service is simple to understand, and there is no paperwork to complete. You'll also have full access to our specially trained partner support team, who are there to help you.

How much time do I need to put in?

You can put in as much or as little time as you like. But the more people you register, the more money you'll earn. You can even register just a few friends and family, to see how it goes.

How will you pay me?

Each month we'll send you a statement online, showing you exactly how many customers you have registered. We will pay you commission directly into your bank account a few days later.

How can I keep track of who I have registered?

Once registered, you'll be able to log onto this website to see exactly how many customers you have registered, and how many customer applications you have sent us. We'll also send you an email each time a customer you have registered starts using the service.

I don't want a 'sales job' - how is this different?

You won't be asking anyone to buy anything, or part with any money. You'll be helping people to save money on their everyday phone calls. And if any customer is not happy with the amount they save, they can leave first:telecom at any time.
