BT Price Match

How it works:
Each month, the customer's first:telecom bill will show them what they would have spent with BT business options; 250, 500 and 700 this also includes any capped options. They'll only ever pay the lowest price - because if first:telecom's not cheaper, we refund the difference.

  • If we're not cheaper than all options from BT we refund the difference

Note:* The business price match guarantee is only available to business' who agree to have their monthly bill sent electronically via e-bill. Paper bill customers still receive our incredibly low rates, however your calls will not be protected by the price match guarantee.
