
If our customer could have paid less with any option from BT they will instantly receive the difference back.
Each month, the customer's first:telecom phone bill will show them what they would have spent with BT, Homecall and TalkTalk. They'll only ever pay the lowest price - because if first:telecom's not cheaper, we refund the difference.
We automatically give our customers free calls to all other first:telecom customers day and night, so they don't need to take any action to benefit. Individual calls can last up to 60 minutes free, but they can hang up and re-dial to continue their free call.
It's just one simple bill for their calls that's easy to understand. It lists all the calls they have made, in the order they made them. The only price they pay is the lowest possible - whether it's advertised by first:telecom, BT, Homecall or TalkTalk. We even show them what they would have paid with each of their call plans, every month.
We recommend that they receive their bill via e-bill and make payment via Direct Debit. There is NO additional charge for paper bill or payment made via another method.
