How it works

Each month, your first:telecom bill will show what you would have spent with BT, Homecall and TalkTalk. You'll only ever pay the lowest price - because if first:telecom's not cheaper, we refund the difference.

• FREE calls to all other first:telecom customers only on Price Match Guarantee

Free calls

We automatically give you free calls, to all other first:telecom customers day and night, so you don't need to take any action to benefit. Individual calls can last up to 60 minutes free, but you can hang up and re-dial to continue your free call.

One simple phone bill

It's just one simple bill for your calls that's easy to understand. It lists all the calls you've made, in the order you made them. The only price you pay is the lowest possible - whether it's advertised by first:telecom, BT, Homecall and TalkTalk. We even show you what you would have paid with each of their call plans, every month.

Bill & payment

With this tariff we recommend you receive your bill via e-bill and make payment via Direct Debit. There is NO additional charge for paper bill or payment made via another method.
