To make a follow on call:

Press # to end your current call (instead of hanging up)

To use # key without ending your call:

If you know that you will need to use the # key during your call (without hanging up) add * to the end of the number you wish to dial e.g. 0845 215 1639 *

Listening to 'balance' announcements

You will hear how much credit you have remaining before each call by enabling this feature

• Access your account - then press * followed by 4
• Choose option 3 to enable or disable the balance announcement
• Press # to exit

Listening to 'last call cost' announcements:

You will hear the cost of each call automatically by enabling this feature

• Access your account - then press * followed by 4
• Choose option 4 to enable or disable the balance announcement
• Press # to exit

Speed dials - setting up phone numbers:

So you don't have to dial the number in full each time:

• Access your account - then press * followed by 4
• Choose option 1 to modify speed dial
• Select a location to store your number (from 0 to 9)
• Key in the number you wish to store including the area code
• Press # to exit

Speed dials - dialling a speed dial number:

• Access your account - at the dial tone, key in * and 3
• Key in the speed dial location you wish to call
• Your call will be dialled automatically
